I saw this while playing last night, and couldn't figure out what it was. This happened right after helping someone kill the minotaurs that spawn near the conflux in the Citadel. I thought it had something to do with the mobs respawning. Though, after some testing, I couldn't get it to happen again. Any idea what it is?
