Any Idea What This Is?
I saw this while playing last night, and couldn't figure out what it was. This happened right after helping someone kill the minotaurs that spawn near the conflux in the Citadel.
I thought it had something to do with the mobs respawning. Though, after some testing, I couldn't get it to happen again.
Any idea what it is?

This happened to me today as well. It's right near the conflux, after the minotaurs were killed. Something was still shooting at me, and causing damage. But there was nothing there. I wrote it off as a glitch. I could clearly see where the shooting was coming from. It was like the laser shots put out by the harpies. Just no harpie there. And it didn't move. It did however track my movement and continue to shoot at me. I tried shooting at it, nadda. But I was able to "stab" it. The stab animation at least. But it didn't seem to have any effect.
