Legendary package from postmaster
I have just reached rank 3 with the cryptarch and collected my second legendary package from the postmaster. Both times the 2 engrams received from each package have been rare, not legendary. Why is this? Any resolution for this?

3 RepliesBest advice is to get used to it. Ever since the patch early on in the game the cryptarch has a chance to give purples but it is not guaranteed. Even if you reach a high level it still is the same odds.
