I keep hearing that the boots are the one piece of raid gear everyone cannot seem to get. My last raid was about 3-4 weeks ago, where I got my chest piece (1st raid gear). Now, I have been my first raid since then - we haven't yet completed it - but I got those illusive boots after we defeated the Templar. All I need now is an exotic helmet from Xur and gauntlets, and then I can reach 30. Seems that RNG has blessed me tonight.
