If people don't have 3 characters above 20 or at an appropriate level then they can't get it without saving up. Any one can get tlw from a tiger or crucible it's just up to rng. You earn it from saving, you earn it from playing tigers, you earn it from playing crucible, ect. SO EVERYONE WHO SAYS THAT PEOPLE DIDN'T EARN TLW ARE IGNORANT!!!!!!!
