Edited by idisdain: 11/14/2014 7:10:26 AMIm a level 30 and i don't feel like you do. But i am getting sorta tired of my luck, when worst players get the better rewards. You can check my stats if you want to see i am not a scrub. In fact i bet im better than you in both pvp and pve. But i don't know since i am not going to check your stats, not worth my time, as others have already called you out for not being a level 30. But i will give you the benefit of the doubt perhaps you don't have the right gear on. I myself am leveling mask of the third man on my level 30 hunter. And yes i was the best in that raid while using a blade dancer. Not a warlock nor a defender titan a blade dancer hunter ;). We all have bad days tho so i will not judge them. Just like i won't sit there and act like god and judge people that buy from xur. I got the last word vex mytho pretty much all the raid weapons besides the foil and fate. But i know this game is all about rng and that a good player is often not rewarded good. Why have so many people resorted to afking in crucible or playing bad on purpose. Better chance of getting exotic/less work for something. It is all luck based besides the raid only stuff. But even then it's still another luck based system you have to go through. I myself am slowly losing interest in this game, strike after strike, crucible after crucible. The worst players are getting the best drops, and i have yet to get anything good. But does that mean im not good, or that im a casual. Nope just got more things to do in fact, i have several games i want to play and beat. That sadly i don't have an infinite number of hours to spend on just this one game. Dealing with rng that rewards bad players better. In fact i have around over 100 xbox games, most of them i beaten and could tell you the story to it. I could also tell you almost every single gem you can find in resident evil 4 lol. But why? i only have so much time to spend on one game. Because i want to play and have a library of games so maybe eventually, i can make my own story with my passion. By library i mean mostly in my head btw think of it like a dictionary :3. Sadly some game types will be excluded because i don't find joy in them. It sorta hurts me, But yeah i guess you could call me a casual, for not wanting to put the time in it, but that wouldn't really be correct. In fact i would go as far as to call me a really hard core gamer if ya wanted to. Just a different kind one with a different purpose and objective. I prefer to call my self a historian of games ;). Also one more thing yes this is an edit, but what is earning when it's a loot based with lock out timers. Now i could see you saying you earned something, if there wasn't a timer set to allow you to complete it once per week on each character. But why are we discussing hardcore vs casuals on this game. This is in it's very core a casual game lol, from the overy powerful aim assist, to the lock out timers to stop people from getting to far ahead, to even allowing bonus exp later on for people to catch up with the new iron banner coming out, hell you even get basically the same as a win when you lose, only on your next win tho. Not to mention the fact that even the worst players get rewarded the same as a good player. like it or not this game is a casual game. Otherwise pvp would actually be imbalanced and a level 30 would decimate level 20's because level should matter, and it should make players want to level up. Maybe your not fit for this game, maybe i opened your eyes to this. I myself have a different reason for being here as i stated you don't seem to share the same reason. So your just playing a game for fun :3. And yes that's good but remember, casuals also play just for fun, i think hard core players have a different reason to play. Well most of the ones i know have had ones.
