Random loot isn't earning. Putting time into earning currency to buy an item is earning it. If you find 20$ on the street and somebody else gets a job and earns 20$ are you going to go up to them and be like "wow git gud u fukn scrub u dnt evn ern ur muny lyke me u fegit." Just because people planned on receiving something in return for their effort doesn't mean they didn't earn it. I anything, they earned it and you didn't. I'm tired of hearing people saying that the only way to "earn" your gear the legit way is from drops. That's bullshit and drops are strictly luck. I've done 13 raids on both difficulties and I have 0 pieces of raid gear to show for it. It's all luck. So cut the shit with the whole "oh I earned this the real way unlike you." It makes no sense. Nobody in destiny earns their gear. Everyone does the same exact stuff and some people randomly get it and some people don't. So don't get mad at the people who don't get lucky for buying items from xür. That's why he's in the game.
