The Japanese Republic establishes the International Space Advancement Center of Exploration, or ISACE. ISACE if based on the second largest artificial island, named Kuat. ISACE sends invitations to all T6 countries it is allied with to begin advancement into space, and explore the cosmos.

Russia accepts and shares current space technology

The Japanese Republic thanks Russia for it's contribution to the exploration of the galaxy.

South Korea happily accepts and sends scientists to Kuat to help with research and advancement if requested by The Japanese Republic.

The Japanese Republic allows ISACE a large degree of anonymity, and as such anything related to space exploration will be regarded by the head of ISACE. ISACE sends requests for scientists willing to dedicate themselves to space exploration and technology to every country that involves itself with ISACE.
