Well it's not arc blade that's overpowered anyways it's all the the other skills such as blink strike, stealth, top sprint speed, tripmines.... Edit: and titan smash is a mindless super like every other super in the game, I have had hunters run up behind me while arc blading and because I saw a blip on the radar I just smashed on the spot and killed them. That same scenario has happened to me on my hunter too.
