We all love and play Destiny but we know it feels like there's a lot missing and it doesn't fulfill every expectation. There are a few areas that need improvement more than others, but this post is about the Ultimate Goal and making Destiny great instead of good. I'm going to share the idea of OPEN WORLD PVP with everyone. Why? Because this feature would make a huge impact and is something everyone would actually enjoy.
For an open world PVP Bungie should create brand new, giant maps. Follow me on this.

Imagine creating a map and game type from a completely blank slate using all the tools you already have available. The map would be inhabited by enemies and have upgrade materials and activities. the goal is to give Guardians a "real" open world experience instead of the limited Patrol experience
For now I'm going to leave a summary of the idea and come back and edit since I have to get going.
keep in mind, this is a long term goal that I hope Bungie would consider and have on the future
The Wastelands
Prepare yourself for an epic battle on a larger scale.Team up with your Fire Team and begin your journey to destroy enemies or create new allies. Ready your Clan to take on on new challenges and activities. Reap the rewards from taking out Hive/Fallen/Vex enemies in a dangerous and competitive arena. Take out player targets and hope the bounty doesn't end up being you! Brace yourself for a new journey!
