NO MATTER WHAT happens if Bungie doesn't make a halo like PVP that is TRUESKILL ranked w/NORMALIZED weapons/shields etc..
Seperate the two and let the MMO people have a better MMO and the Cruicible PPL have More competibve FPS for ev1 instead of
