Some punk decided it would be a good idea to call 911 and say that the Bungie exec (they probably didnt actually say that he was an exec) was holding a family hostage at his home and that he had placed explosives in his yard. Police then showed up and barged into his home with guns ready thinking they were going to quite possibly get into a fire fight with this man. Essentially someone tricked a swat team into swarming his home for some unknown purpose, im guessing it was someone with serious psychological issues who was pissed about Destiny for some reason.
