You are right, but at some point the impact of minor injustices done to millions begins to outweigh major injustices done to a single person. And he was not killed. If he had been, my argument would probably be different, but as is I'm betting that the evil he's participated in is greater than the evil done to him. Doesn't mean I would sanction the SWAT attempt, but neither will I sympathize when justice is done to him.
