Let's be honest. Are you bored playing Destiny?
We all invested a lot of time into this game. Let's be honest. We are playing the same strikes over and over and over and over again. We are doing the same exact bounties every -blam!-ing day. We are playing the lackluster multiplayer that makes everyone feel cool and strong and has a terrible small amount of game modes and maps. Playing the same weekly shit over and over and over again hoping for exotics you will never get. Waiting for xur every -blam!-ing week and he ends up selling the same shit. Hoping for an update and it never comes. Getting excited from the weekly updates that is still to be yet put into the -blam!-ing game. And there is way more. Tell me, are you bored like me and is waiting for Black Friday or are you not bored and Is loving this game? If ur not bored and is enjoying the game, tell me why. I would very interested to hear your comment

Absolutely, which is why I'm not playing it. Destiny became more of a job than a hobby and while I am okay grinding in Skyrim (because of its story) or Defiance (because of Arkfalls), I am not okay with grinding in Destiny. I enjoyed the harder Strikes, the Nightfalls, and I enjoyed my time in the Raid but after that there was just gathering spirit bloom/moon farts/relic iron. I have three characters- my 28 Titan, my 23 Hunter, and my 13 Warlock. I figured that I would get one of each to play the game with a fresh set of eyes only to discover that it was pretty much the same thing. So now Destiny is sitting back on the game shelf while other games step forward- some old and some new. I'm happy for those who can enjoy this game and a part of me wishes that I could as well, but it's not going to happen.

I've been bored son. But this game is like Diablo 3. It'll grow on as time passes. For now, I just go in to level my Warlock and solo Nightfalls for friends.

What is really bothering me overall though is we are now going on 3 weeks with no free content drop or event or even any news on anything that is coming. Iron Banner accidentally went live for a bit last week but it apparently still hasn't been adjusted properly so they took it down. I have to be honest, if we don't get any decent sized pve content event or free update between now and the DLC, I think that bodes poorly for the future of this game. They can nerf everything in a day, but for some reason its taken them over a month to even address the buffing/fixing to some of the exotic weapons in the game that are lagging behind even some of the rare weapons. Sometimes I get the feeling their weekly updates are just smoke and mirrors and are just put out to keep stringing us along.

I'm still loving the game! But at the same time I work full time and only invest an hour or two into the game a day. I guess it all depends on what you're looking for in a game. I mean I can't tell you how many times I've seen friends spend days at a time playing multiplayer on call of duty and it's the same thing over and over again. I think everyone had super high expectations for the game and that's understandable. But I think the main issue is people are focusing more on completing the game in some way than just playing it

Yea getting a bit bored . It's still fun with friends tho just clanmates and me raiding . In the meantime i picked up diablo, been having tons of fun with that since i never played it on pc. Having another game to play helps. Something that takes the pressure of tryharding and spices things up a bit.

For someone who plays this game everyday all day, yeah I can see how it gets boring, I played for a long time when the game first came out, I have a lvl 28 Hunter and lvl 29 Warlock (Titan's lvl is insignificant) But Now, I play the game once maybe twice a week, do the Nightfall, The heroic, My bounties and Sometimes I get a Raid Group together but those couple days I'm playing I get hours of fun. So yeah, if this is the only game you play. I'd be blown away if you weren't bored. Me? I have lots of other things to play so It doesn't get old for me.

Ive been bored out of my mind, I've put down Destiny for a while.. Tired of doing the same stuff over and over again, I just come on to the forums to see if there is anything worth coming back to. I have been stocking up on games for the winter, so here recently I have been breaking into that some. I also have been going back to diablo to feel rewarded every now and then. I cant wait for GTA V and Farcry 4

Yeah bored. I play cause it's an easy way to keep in touch with my buddies across the country and this console gen is still young so there's not much competition out there. It's like the one bar in a small town. Once the Fallout bar opens I'll never see this one again.

I enjoy the game because I feel a sense of purpose and success when I complete something or get that piece of gear/weapon I was hunting for. That is just a personal opinion and if you feel differently then that is okay.
