Let's be honest. Are you bored playing Destiny?
We all invested a lot of time into this game. Let's be honest. We are playing the same strikes over and over and over and over again. We are doing the same exact bounties every -blam!-ing day. We are playing the lackluster multiplayer that makes everyone feel cool and strong and has a terrible small amount of game modes and maps. Playing the same weekly shit over and over and over again hoping for exotics you will never get. Waiting for xur every -blam!-ing week and he ends up selling the same shit. Hoping for an update and it never comes. Getting excited from the weekly updates that is still to be yet put into the -blam!-ing game. And there is way more. Tell me, are you bored like me and is waiting for Black Friday or are you not bored and Is loving this game? If ur not bored and is enjoying the game, tell me why. I would very interested to hear your comment

Not bored. I only play a few hours a night during the week and maybe some more at the weekend. I could probably see myself getting bored if I didn't do anything else but play this game all day. Then again doing anything 24/7 would get boring after awhile. The game itself is fun. I like the gameplay, setting, dare I say it story, going on patrol, the crucible and playing co-op with friends.

Clocked in 420 hours into this game, the only reason I play now is to aim for 3 classes at level 30 (far from it! Not sure if I'm going to reach this), and to collect all exotics as well as fully upgrade them. Going to try to reach these until the DLC comes out. Other than that, I think I've pretty much experienced the game

Any strike after the first few times are boring. VOG is now boring. The PVP is okay, but I don't like the design...OP sh!t everywhere 0 skill. I did however, play a team that was very good with fusion, sniper and the swarm :/ <-----lol OP weapon go go go

2 RepliesI don't know maybe it's just me, but I've convinced a few friends to buy destiny recently and I've helped them shoot up to lvl 28. Now I have 6 regulars I raid with every week, do weekly with and dailies. Sometimes we even farm for mats together and play crucible. The game content is -blam!-ing boring, I'm not even gonna lie but when you're doing with friends and you start making silly remarks and ridiculing each other, the game just becomes 10x more fun. Even having just one friend can be the difference between a long dragging circle of chest farming and the weirdest game of tag you've ever seen lol

Not bored. There hasn't been a single time that I've powered on my 360 and played Destiny that I haven't found something new to enjoy or a new weapon was earned/upgraded..not to mention PvP. Then again, being born in January of '91 and growing up during the time of NES, Super Nintendo, N64, etc, gaming nowadays blows me away and I find myself nitpicking it very few and far between instances. Even playing Destiny on 360 looks and play beautiful, and I can't wait until I can upgrade to the One, but I'm more than satisfied with the 360 version. But anyway..yeah. Not bored at all.

6 RepliesI think the people who are at home all day with nothing else to do than play destiny are the more likely ones to be bored. I work 10 hours a day 6 on weekends and have a family. I find myself enjoying playing the game everyday. Never get bored of it. It's not like I haven't played it a lot aswell. I've put 200 hours in so far.

I'm already planing on getting Far Cry 4. I'll still come back and play this because there are people I play with and its just a group thing that we all do together. I will say that once The Division comes out I don't see me picking Destiny up much after that. That is unless that game turns out to be just like Destiny. They are pretty much promising everything Bungie did, I'm just really hoping like Bungie they don't end up disappointing me.

What's frustrating me is you don't get rewarded if you mostly play the crucible as much as pve. For strikes you get everything but the kitchen sink. If you grind it out in PVP you get very little rewards. You mostly get handed the gun you used the first week you played destiny over and over and over and over and over

We were doing the same strikes over and over during the second week... this 10 year plan is just a DLC/sequel plan for Activi$ion. I think most fans are more upset about the "evolving" world... what updates? what has evolved? nothing, because the core Developers are already working on Destiny 2 and more DLC instead of fixing what we already have.

1 ReplyBored? No. I think it's safe to say that the shine has worn off, but that's to be expected 2 months after launch. In that time though, I've put in 11.5 days [i]in game[/i] across my 3 characters. There's not many titles I can say have kept me entertained for that long. I've started seeing other games behind Destiny's back recently, but I still log on most days to do bits and pieces and I still need to beat hard mode VoG; not for any particular reward, but because I want to. There's also still some exotics that I want to get hold of, just to say I have them. If only I had my own personal gun rack somewhere in the tower to sit and look at them :)

Basically I agree taht I am doing the same things over And over again...however I feel a bit addicted... Even I started other games, still like to pop out few ours in coop or to farm a bit stuff.

Only 1 character and 1 piece away from level 30...I just do the daily/weeklys/raid.. Guns all leveled up so I don't have any want or need to do any bounties at this point. I'm pretty over it and I'm glad. I bought this mmo game on accident and it was taking way too many hours of my life. I think once I reach level 30 I may have no reason to even login anymore :/..it was a fun ride though
