I want to say that you completely nailed this..... I am on another end of the spectrum yet feel the same way.... I will break 800 hours this weekend and have more that 20 (no lifer) friends that we all swap back and forth playing with jamming parties and wishing we could fit more into a fire team..... raids are the only center left of the game..... maxed out characters that have been missing only one piece of raid armor for the last 4 weeks..... I to am disspointed.... this game is breathtaking in its overall but when my eyes are wide shut .... I see how hollow it is... if it hadn't been for all of my friends pushing me I would have moved on sooner..... I am moving on..... I will keep 2 characters and come back for the raids.... but probably won't add up to much playtime......the problem that we all face here is thet we were promised so much more and destiny came out the gate so strong... but let's face it..... this is not halo and definitely not borderlands 2..... by the way of they remastered that for xbox 1 ..... I don't think anyone would play destiny at all..... to the point this game had me at hello .... but still broke my heart.... biggest dissapointment in gaming history
