God of War Shader - How to acquire?
Hi all,
Firstly, thank you for the help earlier in the week.
What I'm trying to find out is if there's a way to get the God of War (all red) armor shader outside of playing the Crucible.
I happen to enjoy the mode, however, due to issues with Ethernet connectivity at UMD, it's rare that I can string together more than 10 matches (typically 7) without experiencing a KTO event. Due to most of the Crucible rewards being dealt out in the postgame lobby, it seems like acquiring better gear (as well as the shader) from the Crucible is contingent upon completion and chaining together completed events boosts your chances; just speculation, but still.
Reasons I ask are that bright Red is my favorite color and I keep seeing more and more people with God of War. Can't help but think I'm doing something wrong.

2 RepliesI got it by getting my cryptarch to lvl 8, and so have many others. If ur cryptarch is past 8, like mine was, create another character and level it to 8. I finally got the shader when i got lvl 8 cryptarch on my third character
