Phogoth, Valus, Sepiks, etc. every strike boss is just a regular enemy with amped up health.
Sepiks has a unique attack, and Phogoth has a changed crit spot, but other than that they're all the same as regular mobs. There would be no difference between one of the strike bosses spawning on the overworld and one of the event "kill target" guys spawning.

Well, really you should quit the game. You're just a skinned version of every other player, with your stabbin', your shootin' and your complete lack of contributions to the discussion. I think a free roaming giant ass strike boss would allow the variable terrain and such to compensate more for his limited repertoire of attacks. Sepix eye blast in that one room is rinse and repeat level of boring. Catching one as you crest a hill unexpectedly, that would bring you into the fight again.
