Yes it is. If I play a strike and the game is designed to match me to 2 players then those two are apart of my game the one I paid for. If those players a just chilling while I try to play the strike they are in fact disrupting my paid for gameplay exp. which also counts for code of conduct.

Edited by ShadowInsurgent: 11/6/2014 8:14:25 PMYes it is, If you ever have played a strike alone you will realize that the more people there are the harder it is to kill enemies. So by you not contributing it makes it harder for the other two.
