Don't think so, because Strike should have more rewards that this bosses. Besides, strike are 3 man only and limited by the level you select. "Free" bosses should be always at his best and with more movility space. Phogoth has a really close space, free Phogoth should be able to run like crazy, smash, kick and vomit everywhere, more salvage.

What I meant was that we kill these enemies in the strikes. If they were roaming around it would negate said death
