STILL DISCONNECTING $#!+
I can't believe this is still happening. I took advice on countless different error codes even though the same damn thing kept happening. I am a network technician by trade. My network at home is gold. Bungie's is clearly not.
I opened ports as suggested, even DMZ'd my PS4. Same friggin' problems.
I want my money back. I don't care that I bought the game retail, I want Bungie to give me my money back for a game I cannot play. Bee/Lyon/monkey/zebra/giraffe/lemur whatever... I'm done.
I vote that they let us send them the game back to Bungie HQ and they refund us that are not happy. I don't care about content of the game that wasn't unlocked when the game came out. I really don't. I just want to be able to play the stupid game, but I can't. And I keep getting disconnected while I'm doing strikes, which is [i]really... really... [/i]pissing me off. And probably my fireteam too.
I am so overly frustrated with not even being able to play, that I regret EVER wanting to buy this game.

29 RepliesHi Shadestride, I'm really sorry you are hitting different disconnections and network errors. Your frustration is palpable and I truly want you to be able to enjoy Destiny. You mention taking several different steps here and that you are a network technician, so I will not provide additional troubleshooting suggestions. Instead, if you are looking for a refund, you will need to contact your retailer. For others still hitting errors, the suggestions we offer on our help pages have absolutely helped players. 1 ReplyThe game will work for me sometimes for a hour at max, but at other times I will get disconnected and even signed out of my character multiple times within 15min.

I am (censored) BLOWN AWAY that this is still an issue. Took a break for while and came back to check out the new content and didn't even last 5 minutes in game. Un-(censored)-real.

Yep me and a buddy were trying to play tonight but one of us kept getting kicked then it finally stopped and we played 2 strikes sitting there waiting for the next strike to start and he started complaining about playing the Mars strike for the 3rd time in a row and I thought he was losing it because I was going into the Phogoth strike,we were still on the same fireteam talking to each other but we ended up in different strikes. At least I still have all my weapons he lost his legendary fusion rifle and his Icebreaker,he had both last night but today he doesn't this just seems to be getting worse every day.

I see error codes HAWK, CATERPILLAR, but mostly I get DISCONNECTED from Xbox Live -- in the middle of a doggone mission. PLEASE FIX THIS BUNGIE! UNDO the last patch, or maybe, I dunno, Fix It. Please! I do so love your game, but it's hard, if not impossible, to enjoy your game when it drops me every 5 minutes!

I want to use my xp bonus from completing the nightfall strike, but I can't. I keep getting booted. Just what did you at bungie do today with the updates?

since server update today ive been kicked 5 times all the way to the sign in part as well as out of the live party all of a sudden. got 2 error codes cant remembervwhich ones.

What a surprise i still can't play, I suppose trading in destiny for 10 dollars at gamestop is a complete ripoff but at least it's better then waiting around for something thats never going to happen: Bungie admitting they -blam!-ed up and fixing their servers.

Had a few problems until they started updating and patching, now it's ridiculous I can't even do a bounty never mind a strike without being kicked, anteater and now olive messages and God knows what other ones It's a complete disgrace that they make a game which is completely reliant on online gaming and support it with possibly the worst online service I've ever experienced in any game, even the reward system inside the game is broken, what chance has anyone got if they can't even get that right ????

So I was playing yesterday and as usual I got bee about 10 times before I even got into Crucible. I got weasel just by being in Orbit. I got weasel then immediately got bee! I have Charter internet spectrum at 100 Mbps. What gives?! I can't even do the raid or strikes Get kicked all the time by bee!

Cant even stay connected long enough to do a patrol mission, let alone a strike or raid.

Started hitting the disconnects again after about a month. Just returned my copy to gamestop. Threw a drunken bitch fit n got my full $60 back. Kinda sucks but I pretty much exhausted all the destiny content so eh, there's other games to play. Not worth the rage an shit support

I can't even play ten minutes straight without getting kicked four times. Bee, beaver, vulture, and bee again. I've tried all of their suggestions and this shit keeps happening on a daily basis. Your game's unplayable Bungie and I can't be bothered to continue subjecting myself to this kind of frustration so regularly.

Getting Canary, Bee and Banjo about a dozen times in past hour trying to do a raid - makes the game absolutely unplayable!!! And there is nothing wrong with my internet connection - I have open nat and been playing live online games for YEARS with no issues! Sort it out Bungie!!!

Major Update: I have now completed the following: New* 50 Meg modem (mediacom/cisco) New* Netgear Nighthawk Wireless Router New* Cat5 Cables ISP has remotely serviced the line (dropped the static). ISP will be here Friday to physically check the lines Error Codes still being received: Bee Vulture (no profile drop at all) There was one other but I can't remember it. I have no other issues playing Diablo, Titanfall, Ghosts, or Battlefield This is officially max troubleshot on my end. Bungie please patch this. Please. -JitsuBlue

Baboon, Weasel, Anteater, Cloudberry, Elk, Newt ... the whole zoo is coming to my house. Mostly disconnect after 30 - 60 seconds. Spent 5 hours trying to play (isn't that desperate) and managed to complete only one strike. So, all up, managed to stay connected for 20 mins max - once. This is pathetic. Before a week ago, no problems. Other games are fine. Looks like Santa is bringing COD AW to our house this Christmas (although not sure I can wait that long).

Im playing.the game less and less because of.this B S. I just tried to play the daily and kept.getting.kicked i would definitely take my money back. I enjoy the game, love playing when i.can but it has been so crappy the past while i might pull thevplug. It is really upsetting.

I'm having he same issues. Now getting a Marionberry error that I've never gotten before. Centipede, ant, firecracker. I've never seen so many error messages on any game,ever. This os an awesome game. But i think it's time to trade it in. It's very annoying to get booted from a raid or strike. And the sad thing is every time I see at least one other in my group get booted. Lots of issues. Sux
