Exotics are horribly overshadowed by Legendaries. These promised buffs are not only needed but dearly wanted by a lot of us Exotic owners

This is the truth. My Super Pox with the fat clip tears the Juju into tiny little pieces. For PvP, my Galahad or Shingen-E rips headshots like no tomorrow while the Juju gathers dust. My unupgraded The Devil You Know does MORE damage and has 12 rounds versus my The Last Word's lower damage/stability/payload. I'm working on the Pocket Infinity just because I need something to counter shotgun in the Crucible. Exotic implies value and something rare and valuable....but Exotic in Destiny is like an exotic dancer where you see the syphilis scars when you get up close.

Very eloquently said my good sir, especially the lady dancer part. I hear ya, I just found a blue shinegan with max rof, and the focused fire perk. Tried it out in the crucible just for lols, every 1on1 firefight I had (and some 2on1) I won. Currently plan c and truth are the only exotics I have that I havent found a better legendary to replace.
