Terrific idea, a fantastic idea, and I'm pretty sure Bungie has it in the pipe... it'll just be a while. WoW does this with each expansion, specifically and most notably the Cataclysm expansion, where the actual game world was affected. Only thing is, it took many a long year before the player base was amped up and excited for that kind of big change. One of Destiny's biggest hurdles is gamer experience and fatigue. We get tired of content faster because we've seen and played through all these awesome ideas in other games and then expect those same ideas to not only be in OUR game but also improved-upon, and cry when they aren't. (Not to say you're crying, this is just an overall observation). I want giant bosses roaming around too, but if Bungie throws all these things at us at once they won't have anything for the ten year plan, not to mention the two year plan. I guarantee they are planning this and so much more and I look forward to the day when we log in and find the Tower burning and we have to wreak vengeance on the perpetrators. We just need to be patient...
