Revived over-shield in skirmish- like the idea of reviving team mates, but the shield gives too much of an advantage to the loosing player, an extra player in the area should be reward enough.

I think it's to give an incentive to actually reviving teammates, even when under fire. I'll admit one of the most fun moments I've had was me and an enemy in salvage reviving our teammates back and forth while a hooting each other, we die, our teammates do the same and the cycle repeated a few times and it was just.. really funny.
