Anything from the Unibrou line up, preferred favorites are la fin du monde, éphémère & maudite The ephemere is flavored with either apple cherry raspberry or black currant...its a sweet beer I love cooking with it too, to cook your apples down a bit with the raspberry and then throw it into a pie with fresh berries amazing.
