I don't use my Fist of Havoc when I see a group of enemies. I just grenade those and then mow them down with my primary. No.. Fist of Havoc is more of a morale killer. Wait for some guy to sneak up behind you and show up on your radar. Then randomly press L1+R1 to pick up your free kill. A good alternative is to Fist of Havoc the ground near the wall when the opponent is in the next room, or if he is 20 feet into the air. It always kills. Make sure to violently teabag them after.
