While I like PvP, I will say that having Iron Banner as a means to get level 30 gear is just another way of forcing PvE players with bad RnG luck to play PvP. I enjoy both aspects of the game, but I wouldn't say this is a fix to the light system. I do understand that such an ingrained mechanic cannot be changed after launch. Most other games I have played are not level caped by gear. See the one thing I have never understood is why we grind to get max level. We should be grinding to get the better gear once we hit max level.
