The shoulder charge for a striker titan, after executing there is a 1-3 second delay on the enemy you are ramming. So they can usually kill you and then they die.

I've never gotten that delay and have been killed numerous times by it. That a constant for you?

Nope. It comes and goes. I get kills with it constantly, some players it seems to take longer to affect them.

Oh it is. I get the kills, it just takes a second or two for it to register on certain players. But the delay is never consistent and only with the shoulder charge.

That's just lag. I get that tons! Annoying as hell. I've gotten it with every gun/melee.
