Thus far I've heard:
Shadows of Mordor will kill Destiny!!!
(lol)

CoD will kill Destiny!!!
(lolwut?)
and now... *drumroll*
HALO MCC WILL KILL DESTINY!!!
(With quiet murmurs of the new WoW expansion killing destiny---because everyone who has a console has a high end computer to play computer games on?)
Can we be real here people? It's plainly immature. The game will not die. Games which are hugely unpopular don't 'die' and it doesn't look like Destiny is hugely unpopular to me. Will people have other games that they play? Yes. But if developers were planning on their game being played exclusively, they'd be idiots. Or if they wanted their game to be an all inclusive hub for all gamers, they wouldn't have given us the dry shit Bungie did for Destiny.
Didn't expect me to say anything bad about Destiny here, did you?
Look. I'm chronically neutral. Destiny should have been more, could have been more, exclusives are bullshit, was a general letdown, and essentially has me still playing on the vague hope that it will become something even kind of like what they said they were going to make. WITH THAT SAID; The game still isn't going to 'die' when something else comes out.
Just... no. That isn't how this works. So stop it. Destiny should be dead twice over by now and guess what? It's not. Even if it should be, it's not. So if you're playing, keep playing and enjoying. And stop the doomsday prediction shit. You look silly.

-blam!-ing idiot. Titanfall was very popular on xbone and PC. It was actually a good game too unlike destiny. But it died off after a few weeks. Ghosts died off pretty quick too. When new games start coming out a lot of people are going to leave destiny. Not stop playing it but simply play it much less. I'll still hop on destiny every now and then but I will not be playing it nearly as much

What was that broken ass game that was based on a tv show? I think it was called Defiance or something like that. Well I'm pretty sure people are still playing it. While I personally will have a hard time finding time for Destiny once I get MCC, Far Cry 4, GTA etc... And, as of right now, I probably won't be buying DLC, I see myself popping in Destiny at least every Tuesday to do the raid or something. Not to mention the people who may not have even played the game yet. I'd bet there's gonna be a surge of new players around Christmas time.

I'll be leaving for Inquisition.
