A serious question, do you guys think today's video games contribute to increased crime rate and/or increased aggressiveness of people?

No. I have been playing since I was a kid and watched and enjoyed many action movies and have never been involved in criminal acts or violence. We practice martial arts and enjoy boxing as a sport, and we've never felt the urge to be violent, insult others or deliberately hurt anyone. The problem is that many people cannot notice the difference between fantasy and reality. Kids want to emulate what they watch on TV, read on the internet or listen to in music without realizing that entertainment is a work of fiction, as much as video games.
