I've had inconsistent bowel movements for the past few weeks. Either it runs like a faucet or not at all. What do you think the issue is and what should I do about it?

How old are you and where are you from? It's Bismol (pronounced ole, like grand ole opry) that's why I'm asking. It's funny cause I hear a lot of people say it like you spell it but know it's spelled bismol.
