Hawkmoon aside, would you agree with the assumption that exotics have higher baseline stats than legendaries?(i.e. a sniper and an auto rifle with the same base damage and same impact are definitely going to have different outputs.) It seems, at least to me, that my exotics perform a little better than my legendaries with little to no improvement to the statistics. It's things like this where I wish there were hard numbers to go off of, rather than those ambiguous bars.
