Lol you do realize that the healthcare that is free in other places is only free because they are taxed more? Say you go to canada now. First you won't get any free health care from them till you live there for a certain amount of time. And then you have to pay a fee afterwards to get the healthcare which will also be taken as tax in money you make later on....not much is free in this world my friend.
