Here's the story of Little Joey and Little Billy. One night Little Joey and Little Billy decided to play Tiger Strikes together. After two strikes Little Joey receives The Last Word as a reward while Little Billy just gets blue engrams. Little Joey is excited beyond words and leaves Little Billy to go play with his new gun in Patrol. Little Billy decides to play a Tiger more to see if he can "earn" the same reward. After 5 days and 257 Tiger Strikes where Little Billy has done everything from get those most kills, to not dieing at all, to soloing strikes because his teammates just leave at the beginning he's yet to "earn" the same reward or even same quality of weapon as Little Joey. So to the people who hate Xûr or say that they " earned" their exotics; why hasn't Little Billy "earned" the same weapon or weapon quality as Little Joey?

Few months ago... Bungie - We want every piece of gears to tell a story. Today... Me - Hahahahahahahhaha
So to the people who hate Xûr or say that they " earned" their exotics; why hasn't Little Billy "earned" the same weapon or weapon quality as Little Joey?
I would guess that Little Billy is a terrible person. We should all hate him. That should solve everything in ways I don't want to put the effort into thinking up.

I grind for coins and motes of light. So i can have a little "luck" Still waiting for hawkmoon! 2 friends of my got it from a strike. I was there all i got was a blue engram. Only luck i had was with the vex. And all my friends have it. So -blam!- me right?!
Edited by DEZARATH: 11/8/2014 6:11:37 PMLittle Billy should be sitting on the damn Vanguard Arsenal by now and swimming in shards from dismantling legendary excess if he had any brains on not cramming that many strikes in one week. Or playing with multiple characters to even his payouts.

I've written a strongly worded email to Bungie complaining about your constant and inappropriate reference of Joey and Billy as little. The size of their penis should have no bearing on how the RNG system works in Destiny and your own example is flawed as you state that Little Joey gets an exotic from a strike. If penis length were a determining factor of the likelihood of exotic item drops let me assure you I would most likely have all of them including ones yet to be released in the DLC. Seeing as this isn't the case I can only conclude your ill judged theory is hogs wallop.

Strikes are cruel mistresses.
-
Little Joey's an asshole and soon after became "bored" with Destiny and started a downward spiral of drug and sex addiction.

Here's a story that you might be able to relate to. Little Joey and Little Billy happened to be walking down a road to get to the other side of town. Towards the end a random man gave Little Joey $20 and told him to go buy some toys to play with. Little Joey is excited beyond words and leaves Little Billy. Little Billy decides to walk down the road more to see if he can "earn" the same reward. After 5 days and 257 miles walked back and forth on that same road, Little Billy has done everything from avoiding cars and beggars but has yet to earn the same $20 or even $1 like Little Joey. So to the people I ask, why hasn't Little Billy "earned" the same $20 or at least a check as Little Joey?

What a shitty story. You've only played 215 strikes across your 3 characters anyway. Stop lying to us. Lies make baby jeezus cry!
-
Because Little Billy sounds like a Little Bitch and Little Joey sounds like a boss ass mutha with an attitude that says "-blam!- ya'll! Ya'll scrubs for using Xur, pansy ass bitches! Whoop can't wait for Advanced Warfighter, this shit is trash!"
-
Look, I'm sorry about getting the Last Word, Billy... But you have to let it go, man!
-
+1 for truth. RNG isn't always kind to everyone.
-
Little Billy has terrible friends.
