Let's hear it for Platypus Power! Last night we did a pick-up run for Spartan XVI (our massively over worked Trevor) so he could finish the raid he had started. We managed to get 5 together ( including 2 others who had foolishly chosen unwisely earlier,and hadn't completed either) and decided to, as our Trevor would say "Risk it for the biscuit", which is why his nickname is Blueberry. After one early wipe (lucky enemy shot) we very quickly beat the snot out of Atheon until he had but a small sliver of health. Then tragedy struck as a lucky shot from him wiped out 3 of our 5 players, leaving only Spartan and myself alive. I got teleported. Spartan's quick thinking and precision use of his Golden Gun saved the day as "What Jump Whiz" scrambled to jump kill the oracles and enemies in the Venus portal. Thanks to Necro, Evening and Killa for shouting their support and having faith we could do it. This all took only 5 minutes total. Well done everyone!
