THIS..
needless to say i see the "Hellgate London" desaster rehappening.
it was VERY similar, VERY promising traielr, little in game, HUGE expectations about Coop and "open world" and in the end we got something similar to destiny with current state of the art technology..
so destiny is suffering from the same issue hellgate london did..
circular Levels, meadow levels, with enemies standing like Sheep on the lawn waiting to be driven over or shot by the player..
while OPEN world was advertised.. but yet the player experiences excatly the ooposite.. one step in the wrong direction you are dead..
Coop makes it more difficult.. i do understand that having three guardians is mor efirepower combined, but when that means that the enemies suddenly have twice the health bars, then its preventing palyes from taking coop and betetr sooling strikes (apart from you HAVE to have a second guy if you dont watn to end up kicked into orbit by monkeys) better would be to increase the number of enemies instad giving them more health.. that would increase the fun, instead of increasing the grind..
the changes are too slow and too little.. seriously a "helleween" trick that consist of a quite sloppy implementaion of a pumpkin head and a "maybe" and strictly RNGed halloween sparrow skin? thats it ? you knwo that Borderlands had DLC for those holidays which were funy and entertaining? how many devs do you have? two?
the basics are quite okay, but neither is the "storytelling" nor the loot, nor the pvp, nor the hillarious "patrol mission" anyhow rewarding.. nor is it the PvP rewarding any great gameplay..
