Thanks for taking my recommendation about the petition Noss, hopefully enough people will sign it to make a difference. It's not about not paying for dlc. It's about getting what belonged to us in the first place. I dont think a decryption code to unlock content on disc, is downloadable content, especially when it was cut from release.
