Didn't you hear about the glitch that showed the next expansion pack and where everything was. It was all clearly already on the disk and thats why its widely believed that they just cut it from the game.

Included on the disc are markers on the destination guide and a couple of unfinished areas that may or may not be part of the DLC, but 90% of the content is not there. You may want to go back and look into that info.
