I work pretty hard for twenty dollars you know? I want all the bang for my buck, so I'm sure it's not that people can't afford the dlc. People want their money's worth, and that's okay. If this dlc is worth their money, they'll spend the $20.
I will not buy something without knowing if that product will be worth my money. I won't do it again; I work too hard.

It's $7.80 here, and regardless of how much time it takes to make $20 dollars, I do work hard. I don't sit on my bum all day twiddling my thumbs, I work in food service. It's not an easy job especially since I don't work for some well established business; it's a two year old business that is entirely run by the owners and staff (10 people altogether). The job is not easy, and customers can be snobbish shitheads, so yes, I'd rather not spend hard earned money on content I'm not sure I'll enjoy. That's a rational decision as opposed to blindly buying the content just because I like the game.
