First I do agree with you. I just don't think it's Bungie. I picture the console manufacturers & game publishers sitting around discussing game pricing before the next gen console launch. Huge PR at E3 driving home the point that the next gen games will cost the same as previous. When in fact, these DLC packs were always the intention. I'm sure they need the games to be priced at $100 +\-. Same dollar value less content. Seeing this everywhere now.
