Anybody Else Stuck at lvl 29?

3 weeks.. I have 3 Titans, taking advantage of everything I can.. wasting my time upgrading shit that won't help me with the raid.. How about you? How do you plan to get over the hump?

All I need is the chest armor but nope I keep getting shards and energy I've got plenty of materials damn it raid give me the chest piece already
