sucks to be an Xbox player... again.
Playstation gets another exclusive strike until fall 2015. my condolences Xbox players. It looks like Sony really spent a shit ton of money for exclusivity.

I feel bad for those that got suckered into the "Collectors Edition". Honestly. I MIGHT give this expansion a whirl...and if its not more than than visually stunning as hell (the one good thing there is about this game), I'll just have to call it quits.

I'm sorry i own both Playstation 4 and Playstation 3 Not a big fan, Funny how much these games get hacked on here the first 2 days of release won't last long with the New Jailbreak for the Sony PS4.... I'm a Xbox person and Bungie made some really Bad A** Games, but seriously Sony you Suck! Thanks for the lack of Content hope you're Happy, Enjoy You're F****** DLC

It probably wouldn't be so bad if people felt like there was more to the game. Reading around, even some of the PS players are like "this is it?" I already paid for the DLC (LE owner), so it does no good for me to complain about it.

5 RepliesIt's -blam!-ing bullshit. The DLC costs the same for both consoles and yet Xbox players get less. A WHOLE LOT LESS. One strike is a massive chunk of the DLC. Personally I don't think the standard 3 missions in it mean jack shit, because they'll probably just be the same old *insert ghost into the computer and wait for him to hack it whilst fighting off waves of enemies*. The (lack of) story so far hasn't pulled me in or made me care about what happens with new characters etc, so all I really care about is the strikes and raid, but I won't have access to all of this content. The Xbox DLC should at least be CHEAPER, considering it has a huge chunk of content missing. Absolute -blam!-ing bullshit. I won't be buying this DLC unless they change it and add the other strike to it to make things fair, otherwise it's a -blam!-ING RIPOFF.

9 RepliesI'm pretty sure you misunderstood. It's saying that PS people get timed exclusive until next fall. They will get exclusive access only a short time before Xbox owners until next fall when the timed exclusives stop. Not that they have access for an entire year before Xbox owners

4 RepliesAgreed There is a difference between exclusive DLC content where one platform has to wait longer to buy the content, and what Bungie are doing here - where both groups are paying the same (stupidly high) price for the content and one group are getting less. Worse yet, it's a strike. That will mean that a full quarter of the strike playlist is locked to a single platform. I bitterly regret buying the version of the game that included the DLC pass. I won't be playing it - I'm off to overdrive.

3 RepliesYup, pretty brutal. Especially since their last xbox exclusive is the reason why people know about bungie. Other than a few that know them from back in the day. I'm not even buying anything for this game. The pvp is a half decent time killer until master chief edition drops. After that, I return Destiny, forget it ever happened and play halo 2 anniversary in memory of the bungie I loved.

4 RepliesIts disgusting that Bungie would charge the same price for less content. It's not fair or ethical. If you want to withhold bits of contents, at least charge less. Its a multiplatform game which gives them no right to take sides. From a company that was made by its Xbox community. They are betraying their roots and core fans. This disappoints a long term fans and newcomers alike. When the PS community are calling bullshit on this as well despite the bad blood. You know you've -blam!-ed up...

Yeah I play on PS3 and my friend plays on XB1. He came over to my house and I went to Mars and played the Dust Palace Strike. He was like "What is this, I haven't played that?" I said "This is playstation exclusive til Holiday 2015" On another note: Since the xbox guys will be getting some stuff later (strikes and such) would people still be playing on them after a year or so? Wait wait wait, the PS people would have but the Xbox guys will have just gotten their hands on it, so they would be played.

not really exclusivity. just a 10 year contract overall with sony. Theres a reason Destiny was promoted only on ps4, and CoD advanced warfare on xbox One, Activision is making 2x the money
