So having a gun that kills twice as fast as any other in iron banner makes it balanced.. lmao

The only hcs with a better ttk before nerf Is hawkmoon TLW and thorn with DoT. All of which are exotic hand cannons which should beat out any autorifle-esque gun. The vex pre nerf was an insanely op auto rifle that had zero recoil...

The vex shoots faster than all hcs except the last word and maybe thorn not sure.. No legendary hc 2 shots... 3 shots minimum. Only exotics can 2 shot

I think its not good to measure any balancing based off of the 1st IB since it was broken as hell. My evidence is from crucible where the vex was definitely dominant pre nerf
