There was so much negativity over the Atheon randomized teleport that they delayed a patch by an entire week, meanwhile still no sign of the promised Thorn/Juju buff that everyone is asking for, and Bungie goes on twitter and replies to brownnosers with "Bungie listens to their community" How did this company not get boycotted to hell and back?
Now I don't blame Bungie solely, I'm sure Activision had quite a hand in butchering this game, but we're not talking about half the game content on the disc being locked behind a paywall, we're talking about they would rather introduce a function that nobody wants than provide a fix that they promissed and everyone asked for, how is this in any shape or form proper customer service?
And screw anyone with the argument that we're acting entitled and spoiled, I'm not the only one on these forums that works in a customer driven business, if I told my customers I'm gonna get them one thing, then when they come to collect it I give them something they didn't ask for and tell them its for their sake I wouldn't have a job next day.
