Getting dissapointed

I really like playing Destiny, but it's just becoming too much of a grind with no reward. I can't do the raid cuz my buddies and I can never all be on at the same time, same for the nightfall. RNG apparently has a vendetta against me and my terrible luck because I don't remember the last time I got even a legendary. I get on, do the daily. Maybe play a bit in the crucible, and decide whether or not I want to beat my head against the brick bounty wall for a while or not. There's just not enough variety here. The story is lacking depth, and I can't find much reason to keep playing. I'll keep playing now and then, it can be a fun game, just not a lot of desire to replay the same thing over and over again, all the missions are the same. You just turn left instead of right one day and vice versa the next. Hopefully something changes in the future, but the base this game has established has become pretty stale pretty fast...

  • Join a clan like I did. I've been able to run the raid 4-5 times like this. Usually some of the bigger clans always have groups looking to fill open spots, it's just about putting yourself out there a bit and making some new friends. Like you though I'm starting to feel a bit burned out by the repetitiveness. I like the game I just wish there was more variety to it.
