I dont have a gripe, it is what it is. When I cap out at 30 i'll set the controller down until the DLC. T
The "limited 48 hour window" is true, however you miss the fact that each week the stock is refreshed with new items.
Strange coins are easy to obtain, the simple fact you have a chance to get one from an engram proves that point. Also the weekly / nightfall are easily completed solo if a person has the patience to do so. If you don't find 1 friend and you can complete it within 20 minutes.
I would also argue that raid weapons are much better than exotics. Seems odd to me though that a legendary weapon out performs almost all exotics besides some sniper rifles, which were also sold by xur.
The bounty exotics are a joke to say the least. The reward for doing these bounties rewards you with a weapon that might as well be turned into ascendant energy.
My point was, I use to get excited when an exotic or "rare" legendary would pop up on my screen. Now I'm like great, another item I'll never use or have a point for, guess I'll add to my 50+ stack of ascendant shards / energy. Mytho use to be considered something of achievement. Now I see people with it all the time, it's actually rather common. Overall these items are not nearly as hard as they should be to obtain.

I gotcha. Totally on board with you re: the Raid Legendaries being beasts while the Mytho is now fairly common. Also agree about the Weeklies, but for some it's not even just about patience--they might have really poor skills. Definitely can relate to the lack of excitement, too, when I get a new Legendary or Exotic, but I'd say that's due in large part to the fact that I've been lucky with RNGesus, so I've had the chance to max a few weapons and stick to the ones that suit my play style. Hopefully it will be a little more exciting when they release the DLC in December. I just think it's important to remember that, RNGesus being fickle as it is, not everyone has the luck to come across Legendary or Exotic engrams/rewards with regularity, let alone at all. I read numerous posts by people who have little luck obtaining blue engrams, too, which precludes collecting enough Coins to buy things from Xur. I guess I just don't like the idea of some folks being left out of having some shinies, due to no fault of their own.
