Just looked at your gear I'd say you need to do weekly heroics till you have enough strange coins to buy an exotic from xūr and upgrade that exotic your best bet to get shards is raids but you look like a low level looks like people would probably reject you :'( don't know what console your on but I can help you if your on 360 just message my user name if you can't do raids look up how to event Farm till you get all the way upgraded then keep doing vanguard tiger strikes sometime you will get legendaries upgrade those a bit and start getting into raids
