Yesterday I went shopping to Crucible handler as I finally got Crucible rank 2. I tried to buy AOS#CRYPTID boots, 65 Crucible marks per pair. Nothing happened when I tried to buy, no sound or anything happening on the screen. I tried again. Nothing. And again. Nothing. Then server disconnected. When I got back to game and back to server I had three pairs of AOS#CRYPTID boots in my inventory and 130 Crucible marks spent on a gear I didn't want to buy. Then of course I was pissed of because I've spent many many hours to get those marks and then I spent those for nothing. I already dismantled the boots, because didn't know what else to do.
It wasn't my fault that the game didn't work or respond so I don't have anymore Crucible marks anymore. Is there some way you can cancel the shopping action or reset the situation? I think it's quite unfair to lose all marks because of the server error.
Sincerely yours,

I am sorry, Bungie cannot refund purchases. In the future I suggest attempting a purchase and if there is a delay do not attempt the purchase again. If there is some sort of network issue let it sort itself out before attempting to another purchase.
