This dude isn't coming off as overbearing and bossy, and what's more is you probably haven't even heard him in raid. People like these know when to be stern. For example: so and so, you're getting killed by supplicants. Stand on the pillar or you're going to die and we're going to lose. If you aren't doing your job, you are wasting everyone's time. Raids have roles, and every one of his points were constructed clearly and in a friendly way. If you can't do what he listed, you're probably going to do badly and get the experience you're referring to above. One quick question. Let's say he is acting like an "I'm better than everyone" asshat. How are you any different with posts like these?
