Who would like to see the hunter's arm piece the Spine of young Ahamkara changed?
The tripmine length increase really is kinda useless.
I would like to see something like maybe carry an extra grenade instead.
As far as i know Hunters are the only class that cant carry 2 grenades through either subclass or exotic gear.
What do you all think??

After reading through some of the comments. I had another idea.
What if it spine arm piece made it so the tripmine laser didnt show up to the enemy.As once its down it really is hard to miss and easy to avoid.(JC271 had this idea also)
Edit 2. It would seem that many people are in favor of some sort of change on these guantlets. Keep those ideas coming. Hopefully this will get seen and actually considered. DEEJ, if you see this thread,please pass the idea along to the devs. thanks
Edit 3. Dont let this thread die out. Still alot of good ideas out there. Keep them coming and maybe it get seen/read and actually thought about by the Dev team.

Apply burn damage to tripmines? Or follow the kind of melee-ish description and always spawn with melee energy?

I bet a piece if exotic hunter armor in the DLC will do this.

Some sort of melee perk would be cool many a blade dancer one. Ex blink strike grants invisibility and hits regen health. Idk just spitballing

Just make it bump the damage a bit in addition to the longer lasting part I kill a lot with trip mines. Giving me 2 would be crazy with scavenger

I agree 100% Titans and warlocks have items that allow 2 grenades as far as I kno the hunter is the only one without it and that's pretty unfair considering I feel our grenades are a lot less op than the other 2 class grenades.

I haven't seen Deej listen to a legitimate, wait I mean the board of directors, change besides making the game glitch worse. Seamlessness with 10-20 vault spots in ship for certain items not held by other chars, can be equipped but you gotta pick. Materials should be where rep is and rep of current faction below chars gt. This would make upgrading so much easier and so much needless loading time gone. Lastly a radial menu (since your inventory takes a minute to load.Too long. This radial menu would consist of exotic to legendary quick slots for two pieces of different kind if gear.then two synthesis types and lastly, HOPING we get extra active abilities for current subs, two slots or more for those mentioned. Plz bump. Also poster, extra bump. For an extra mine. Why not? Why only carry one grenade. If it's a spell then why not say so.

Yea lets give the broke ass hunters another seeker grenade or another -blam!-ing minefield. Like their super, invisibility, and speed don't make them annoying enough.

Its strategically viable, I just don't see it as all that important- seeing as you can watch the radar and time the nade effectively anyways. Wouldn't mind seeing a change, don't really care though

You kidding? One of the strongest nades in the game. The upgrade makes it last 30 seconds. It's great for locking off a door or flag.

The tripmine is only good as a sticky grenade. Even PvE enemies avoid it like the plague otherwise. So yeah ... Duration is completely useless unless you're using it to block a small doorway or something.

Trip mine is my favorite. Maybe if the arms reduced DMG taken from my own trip mine I would be interested. I've developed a terrible habit of panic sticking people who are [b]very[/b] close.

The spine replaces your spine so you can spine while you spine. ..I just wanted to type spine a lot for no reason.
